Formed in Stuttgart, Germany by musicians looking to embrace new frontiers, A Long Way To Fall is a metalcore band for a new generation. They burst onto the scene in 2016. Rapidly earning their stripes on their debut EP Hatemosphere, the band found instant chemistry and was immediately met with critical acclaim. Their unique brand of honest emotion and supreme heaviness captured the imaginations of the masses.
Within a few months they had set out to write their debut full length, Faces which saw release in early 2019. Driven by heavy riffs and lyrics that come straight from the heart, Faces is a representation of the bands collective life experiences. Their rapid rise to the top, built on the strength of their studio offerings, has led to the opportunity to perform at festivals like Metalacker, Rock In Weiler and Ract! Festival. Having played two headlining tours in Germany, the band now looks to foreign shores.
While Stuttgart might seem like an unlikely origin for a band which wants to take the scene by storm– it seems like there is no stopping this new metalcore force.
Now that the ball has started to get rolling, A Long Way To Fall are only gathering momentum. Building their reputation on their thrilling live show and hunger to climb to the top, this is modern metal with a razor sharp edge. A Long Way To Fall are fighting their own demons as they drive forward.
